Rebecca Frankeny

Author of two horse-related books. One is a veterinary guide to miniature ponies, the other is a young adult/teen horse story about a girl training an event horse and falling in love. 
Rebecca Frankenry is by profession a vet with a special interest in horses, so has good qualifications for writing about them. Her pony story also has a veterinary backdrop.

However Amanda is left with the task of riding Indie, Samantha's talented but difficult event horse. Although she loves Indie Amanda finds him very hard to ride. She also finds herself drawn to the handsome nephew Justin, despite the fact he now has her job.
